just gotten off the phone with the air asia people and let me just say that they have not given me a good impression. first off, their website sucks! i tried booking on it 4 freaking times and it's always when they are about to process my payment when the error occurs! good lord! do something about it. fug.

called them last night and i wait for a good 20 mins and NO ONE was free. fug. apparently "all the operators are busy right now due to the overwhelming response of our promotions". i highly doubt it. fug. could be a case of sushi tei in vivo (or was it sakae sushi?). the line super long outside but when u look into the restaurant, it's like half filled only. think they just do that to raise anticipation and make people think they are really popular. fug.

and when i finally got through, the operator can't really hear me cos the phone lines are so bad.. so if u are earning money from all your promotions, due to the overwhelming response, then why don't you just upgrade your damn phone system! i had to repeat myself so many times and talk so loudly. fug. and the operator's english is quite bad lah! seriously. fug. and i have to pay so much for a freaking ticket from BKK to HDY. fug.

okie end of rant. i need to help old man with his reports. fug.

and seriously, i don't think she is apologetic that i'm doing the booking now loh. she probably already figured that darren will 90% ask me to do. fug.
